The Online Consultation Room
Our new Online Consultation service is a unique and totally secure method of speaking to one of our counsellors directly online. Just arrange an appointment and then login at this time to speak with the counsellor in our interactive online consultation room.
How It Works:
Contact us using the form on this page>> include your brief details, required appointment date & time, and email address. Once we have received this information we will send you an email for request of payment. Once this payment has been received we will send you a confirmation of appointment, username and password. Your username & password can then be entered into the secure login panel, click the login button above to enter the online consultation room at the set appointment time. (Occasionally it may not be possible to arrange some appointments at certain times, if this is the case we will contact you by email with alternative times)
To use the online service login using the login button above and you will be taken to the secure online consultancy room. On this page you will find a large online messaging panel, the lower display box on the panel allows you to type your messages to the counsellor. Once the online counsellor has read your message they will reply instantly to you, this message is displayed in the larger display panel. This service is completely secure and only you and counsellor will see this information.
Payment:
Our online consultation service costs £6.50 for a 20 minute session. A payment request well be sent to your email, click on the link to be taken to the secure online PayPal service. Once payment has been confirmed we will send you a confirmation of appointment and login details. (PayPal's easy to use and secure service enables you to make payments from credit / debit cards, and bank transfers.)
