Mark Davies's training and experience includes a wide range of therapeutic skills.  Part of the work is to develop a programme of therapy suited to each individual as different people respond to different approaches. 

At the initial consultation your specific needs and goals can be discussed. The therapy is very much a partnership and one main aim is to help you help yourself. 

Unlike many practices we believe that it is best to visit our clients at their own home where they feel comfortable and secure.

Cost and frequency of appointments

If you believe psychotherapy would be of help please make an initial appointment.

In the first consultation we will look at the problems you may be having and what sort of changes you would like to make.

From a practical point it is also important that we talk frankly about the fees and appointment times so that an agreement can be made about possible costs and frequency of appointments.

My usual fee is £25 for the first appointment and £35 per session thereafter. These figures are negotiable and can also be dependant on distance I will need to travel for appointments.
